Nexxworks partners with FTI: shaping the future through inspiration and connection 

FTI is proud to announce Nexxworks as its newest FTI Alliance partner.

With a shared belief in the power of innovation, technology, and collaboration, this partnership aims to help organizations prepare for what Nexxworks calls “the day after tomorrow”. Through the FTI Alliance, FTI continues to build a strong ecosystem of partners focused on long-term impact and transformation. 

 

Curated & moderated global programs 

Instead of traditional advisory services, Nexxworks crafts immersive programs around the globe that expose leadership teams to cutting-edge ideas, technologies, and ecosystems. “We don’t just talk about inspiration and connection, we make it tangible,” says Matthias De Clercq, CEO of Nexxworks. “We bring companies face-to-face with experts, startups, scale-ups, and fellow corporates to explore challenges and discover solutions together.” 

 

What sets Nexxworks apart is its unique approach to curation and moderation. “We don’t just visit the Googles of the world, but actively seek out the crazy new stuff happening right now,” Matthias explains. “And we never leave our clients to navigate these experiences alone. We work with top-tier moderators – people like Peter Hinssen, Rik Vera, and Steven Van Belleghem – who help participants ask the right questions and contextualize insights in a way that drives real change.” 

 

From vision to action 

Nexxwork’s programs are designed to offer more than just a glimpse into the future, they help organizations understand what actions they need to take today. “You can attend a fascinating session on quantum computing or cybersecurity, but without the right guidance, much of that knowledge is lost. Our moderators ensure that insights are translated into meaningful strategies,” says Matthias.

While Nexxworks works with a wide range of audiences, its programs naturally attract decision-makers. “You can’t decide about the future of your company if you’re not at the steering wheel,” Matthias notes. “Of course, that doesn’t always have to be the CEO, but it has to be someone with the power to act.” 

 

Shared values with FTI 

The partnership between Nexxworks and FTI is rooted in shared values: a belief in the power of technology to make progress, the importance of data, and the need for collaborative thinking. “We both understand that without the right data structures, even the most advanced technologies won’t take you far,” Matthias says. “And we both believe in looking beyond our own industries to find patterns, threats, and – most importantly – opportunities.”
