Evoluno, a Brussels-based mental health app, is welcomed into the Flanders Technology & Innovation (FTI) Community, contributing to the Elli initiative and joining a growing network of innovators working at the intersection of technology, data, and well-being.
Evoluno is a B2B digital mental health solution designed to help employees strengthen their resilience and well-being. Through personalized self-care programs, access to certified therapists, and actionable insights for employers, Evoluno aims to make mental health support both accessible and measurable.
“We help companies take a proactive approach to mental health,” explains Matthieu Gilson, co-founder of Evoluno.“Employees can follow personalized journeys on topics such as stress management, anxiety reduction, confidence, or communication - all designed together with psychologists and based on cognitive behavioral therapy.”
Beyond personal individual care, Evoluno gives organizations access to aggregated and anonymized well-being insights that help HR teams and leaders identify well-being trends, understand which themes matter most to employees, and adjust their mental health strategies accordingly.
By integrating their insights into FTI’s Elli initiative, organizations will gain a more complete view of their workforce’s well-being — combining data from HRIS systems, wearables, and mental self-care apps like Evoluno. This integration will significantly strengthen the power of Elli, making it an even more holistic platform to measure, visualize, and improve overall well-being in a data-driven way.
For Evoluno, the partnership with FTI is both a strategic and philosophical match.
“FTI brings together the right expertise to create something greater than the sum of its parts,” Matthieu says. “At Evoluno, our focus is helping people improve their mental well-being but real change happens when insights are connected across different data sources and domains. That’s what makes this partnership so meaningful. Together, we can provide companies with a more complete, data-informed view of well-being and how to act on it.”
Frank Hamerlinck, CEO of FTI: “The FTI community consists of innovators who believe that 1+1=3. Together, we’re stronger. The knowledge about mental health well-being that Evoluno brings to the community will strengthen Elli and enable organizations to create environments where people truly thrive.”
Welcome to the FTI Community, Evoluno. We’re excited to build healthier, more resilient workplaces together.
